What do we send?
We send MeloMyPet product and campaign news by e-mail only and only to people who have given their consent.
Notifications about your order — order confirmation, shipping status, the returns process — fall outside this consent. You receive them whether you consent or not, because they are not commercial messages but part of your purchase.
How do I subscribe?
Enter your e-mail address in the newsletter box at the bottom of the site and tick the consent box. That is all we ask for; no first name, surname or phone number is needed.
How do I unsubscribe?
- Every e-mail we send carries an unsubscribe link at the very bottom. One click is enough and it takes effect immediately.
- You can also view and switch off all of your consents through the Message Management System (İYS), the official registry authorised by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
- You may also write to info@melomypet.com and ask to be removed.
Whichever route you choose, your request is processed within three business days at the latest, and we send you no commercial messages after that date.
Where is my consent kept?
Under Law no. 6563, the consent you give is registered with the Message Management System (İYS). That means your consent is held not in our own records but in an independent, official system. You can see and change your own consents at iys.org.tr whenever you wish.
What if I do not consent?
Nothing changes. You can keep shopping and you still receive the notifications about your order. You simply miss campaign and new-product announcements, that is all.
