This agreement governs the general terms of sales made through melomypet.com. The order-specific products, quantities, VAT-inclusive prices, discount, shipping, total, payment method, and delivery/billing details shown at checkout form an integral part of the agreement and are retained with tamper-evident integrity.

Buyer: consumer placing the order through melomypet.com. Buyer, delivery, and billing details are collected at checkout and linked to the order.
This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations for products ordered through melomypet.com under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Product characteristics, quantities, VAT-inclusive line amounts, discount, shipping, and total are shown in the order summary. Only payment methods enabled and ready for the store can be selected. If card payment is offered, it is processed on iyzico's secure infrastructure and card data is not stored by the Seller. Bank transfer appears only when enabled. The invoice is issued from the billing information supplied at checkout.
Products are sent to the stated address no later than 30 days from the order date. Shipping is included in the checkout total. Carrier and tracking details are linked to the order and notified after dispatch.
The Buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Notice may be sent through the site's return channels or to info@normbitkisel.com. Unless the Seller offers collection, the Buyer hands the goods within 14 days after notice to the contracted carrier named in the pre-payment order summary; that return is free. The Seller refunds the goods price and delivery charge within 14 days after that handoff, or after receiving the goods if another carrier is used, in one transaction through the original payment instrument and without charging the Buyer.
Products opened after delivery whose return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons, perishable products, and personalized products may be excluded where the statutory conditions in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. Product-specific exceptions are disclosed on the product page and retained in the order's legal record.
The Buyer separately acknowledges the pre-contract information and accepts this agreement. The order button states the obligation to pay. If the server-verified quote differs from the displayed quote, no order is concluded; the Buyer must review the current quote and confirm the documents again. Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
Information on personal-data processing is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Acceptance of this agreement is not consent to advertising or campaign messages.
The Buyer may apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee within its current jurisdiction and monetary limits. For other disputes, Article 73/A of Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 makes an application to a mediator a condition before filing a case with the Consumer Court.
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms the order through the button stating the payment obligation. Accepted document versions, content digests, and the order-specific price record are retained with integrity evidence; durable links are included in the confirmation email.
